Accolade Plus Logo
Our Accolade Plus Accounts Service includes our Accolade product, which takes away the burden of paperwork associated with investment portfolios. 

Dividends, interest payments, trust distributions and contract notes are collected, shareholder records are maintained and reports are produced to assist in the preparation of your taxation return.

As an Accolade Plus client you will be kept fully informed about your investments, receiving the following regular reports:

  • personal notification every time a new transaction takes place;
  • online access to your account at your convenience;
  • a statement on the status and performance of your portfolio quarterly;
  • a detailed report with a breakdown of capital gains and income information for tax purposes every quarter; and
  • an annual report summarising the year’s activity. 

Reports are sent by post and/or email and you are encouraged to telephone or meet your Portfolio Manager to discuss any changes in personal circumstances, especially if they might require refinements to the portfolio, or to ask questions about your investments.

You can also access the password-protected section of our website at any time to get an up-to-date status report. The well-presented tables and charts show you the market value of your investments and the yield that is being generated.
